Called customer care to be sure Esim is supported. I was told yes no problem. Went to Apple store and purchased a new iPhone 14. Was on the phone and computer for a hour or more with no luck trying to get the new phone activated. Then I was told that Virgin Plus doesn’t support Esim. I told him that there web sites also said they do. He then told me some one would call me in 3 to 5 days. I find this ordeal unbelievable

Hi,
Did you try "My Account" on virginplus.ca, then select "Manage My Sim and device", then follow the steps for "I have a Dual SIM device and I want to transfer from one SIM to another on this device"
SI
