Top Up Card doesn't work or Plus Members?

I was trying to pay my phone bill, and I thought I would be able to use the Virgin Mobile top up cards to pay off some of the bill... however there doesn't seem to be the option to, does this mean I wasted $70 that I can not get back?

You are correct, Prepaid top-up cards are specifically designed to provision Prepaid accounts only.
