Technical assistance

When I check voicemail, a black screen comes up not allowing me to see the keyboard to enter the code . How can I fix this ??

Thanks for your post @Older! In order for the Community to better assist can you please let us know what device you are using? EX, iPhone, Samsung. 

I've had this happen before too, and I just needed to click on my screen to bring the keyboard back up. Let me know how that goes. 🙂
