I like your service but I hate being texted whenever my bill comes due. I pay my bill every month within a few days of the first of each month. I hate being texted as if I'm not trustworthy. Text me again and I'm dropping your service.

We understand your point of view, the SMS notification is a courtesy to let our Virgin Plus Members know that their bills are ready to be viewed in My Account.
We have a great section on our website where you can manage your communication preferences.

It’s not possible to stop these irritating monthly text alerts on the communications preferences page linked. It’s also not possible to stop them by texting STOP, which means you are now harassing me to pay a bill for which automatic payments are set. I don’t need a reminder, just stop texting me.
