Hi @Landell
This is undoubtedly a scam. Known as "smishing".
Remember, we will never send you a direct SMS regarding bill "corrections, credits etc." and will never direct you to click on a 3rd party website or send account info via SMS etc. When in doubt, always play it safe.
You can forward the smishing attempt to 7726 (SPAM), but most definitely please delete the SMS and block the number for your security.
If you suspect that you have fallen victim to a smishing scam, don’t hesitate to contact the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre to report it.

Fair warning:
Yesterday I received a very obvious scam text and then deleted/reported it. Minutes later I received a text looking like the texts I usually get claiming that the previous message was a sent using a different (maybe new change) means of communication on their end. The initial message stated that I owed money and uttering threats that seemed outside the capacity of the company. The confusion led me to double check the status of my account but I worry that some may fall for this so this is just letting people know (esp. the company... since callback isn't currently available and the chatbot doesn't understand anything I try to tell it).
I've attached images of both texts so that people know what to look for.
