SmartCare for Apple Watches?

Hi there:

I bought an iWatch from Virtgin Plus about 6 months ago. I have been paying for the SmartCare plan for it throughout the time that I have had it. I have seen quite a few little "dings" and tiny scratches, and I went to see the Virgin Kiosk in Pointe Claire, and they told me to go to the website to get it replaced, along with a payment that I have to make as a fee. The ony thing is, I went there and I couldn't find my device listed at all. So my question is, are Apple Smart Watches covered at all, or not? Have I been paying the SmartCare plan for nothing? Please let me know how to go about this.

Thanks so much!
