Hay I have lost a bunch of my sim cards and now I want to keep the numbers I had but how do I transfer my information and number to a new sim card?

Basically i swapped out my Virgin plus because I am using a different data provider since I am not in Canada. However now i cant seem to find it. What should I do now?

Anyone know what to do if I lost my SIM card while travelling?  I swapped out the SIM card in Thailand yesterday, and discovered my SIM card wasn’t returned to me.  Couldn’t get a hold of Virgin because hours of operation closed!

Hi @DjC123 

if you want to switch SIM card to new SIM then review information  Here 

or if you want to switch your SIM card to new device, then your number will keep it same number, is it within your account and you can do whatever you like with it,  just turn off device and take out SIM and insert SIM in new device and turn on.

and if your SIM is Multi SIM Card for Size Standard/ Micro/ Nano, all rolled into one. just remove the adapter and insert right size in your device.

I just started with virgin mobile today on a,monthly plan and they are,supposed to send me my sim card but i need a,phone asap due to a,family emergency and i went and purchased my own sim card i signed up for my account and just can't figure out how to exchange the sim i bought for the one they are sending
