Sim Card from Overseas

If I have a sim card from India, can I use it here? Is there any activation fee? If I am going to use it only for Bank transactions does it make any difference to the monthly payment?

Virgin Plus does not have the ability to activate SIM cards from a different country, however you can purchase one of our LTE Multi SIM Cards and activation fees may be required depending on the type of service chosen.
