Hello,
I have a Panasonic phone KX-TGF870C that I connected to my Virgin Home Phone Hub.
Strangely, the first 2 rings are silent (with a silent notification), but after that, my Panasonic phone rings 3 times and the silent notification disappears.
I tried to change the number of rings on the Panasonic phone, but it made no difference.

As much as we would love to help with your concern, we do not support assistance of Panasonic products.
However, we would suggest testing a different type of phone to see if the same issue occurs.
If the same issue happen with a different phone, try the below;
- Check to ensure you have good signal on the Home Phone Hub.
- Make sure that your Home Phone Hub is not next to major appliances or metal doors(this could affect signal reception).
- We suggest placing your Home Phone Hub in a clear area next to a window.
Give that a try and keep us updated on the results.
