Samsung Z Flip 5 not availble anymore?

I wanted to upgrade my device online to a Samsung Z Flip 5 a month ago, but didnt back then as I left the country so I wanted to wait to upgrade my device until after I got back. Now that I am trying to upgrade my device, I cant even see the Z Flip 5 being offered as one of the options anymore. Is the Z Flip 5 not avaible anymore, or should I wait for it to be in stock again?

Hi there, @amy2. Welcome to the Virgin Plus Community, and thanks for your post.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5Opens in a new tab or window is currently listed on our website, however is unavailable for online ordering at the time of this post. You'll want to connect with local Virgin Plus locations or partnered retailers to find potential stock.

To answer your question though, when a particular phone is delisted from the Virgin Plus website, this means one of two things:

  1. We're currently out of stock and do not have a guaranteed date to receive additional inventory, or,
  2. the manufacturer (n this case Samsung) has discontinued the phone and we have no additional inventory for members.

Let us know if you have any further questions.
