Upgraded 2 cell phone and a tablet from Samsung A8's and Tab E to Samsung A32 5G's and Tab A7 Lite.
Phones and Tablet do not support Always on Display like the old phones and tablet. We are seniors and rely on the display when black to know the time and if any messages, emails, etc were received. Virgin will only take them back if we mail them and wait probably a month to get different phones or tablet. So we found third party Always on display
apps but goes thru the battery in a day. So we are stuck with phones and tablet that are worse than our old ones for 2 years and have to charge daily. Sure wish Virgin told us that these do not have Always on Display.

I spent over a hour with Samsung and they verified that the A32 and Tab A77 lite DO NOT have Always on Display, going into Settings then Lock Screen, then Always on Display but it is not an option on these phones. Samsung verified it is not an option. That is why we had to use a third party app.

Sorry that this happened, however I found this video on youtube for always on display for your A32. Also this samsung support page: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062001/
Hope that is helpful.
