SMS/Text a spacific domain cannot be sent in a text message

Hi There,

I cannot send any text messages that include my domain in the message. The message looks like it is sent, there is no error however the message is not sent. The domain in question is wbrand.ca

 

I cannot send the URL, or any email addresses that end with @wbrand.ca

 

I've contacted Google for support as I am a G Suite user. They confirmed by domain is not blocked anywhere.

 

Please help

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.

That is quite strange and the Community will need more details in order to help where we can;

  • Are you referring to the recipient of your SMS/text being a URL ending with @wbrand.ca or you're referring to the URL being part of the message being sent to a mobile number?
  • Are you facing the same error while trying to send a reply via your email app instead of your SMS app?
  • Is it part of a group text chain or a single recipient?
  • Are you using a third party app or the standard phone app?
  • Are you using Advance Messaging by Google (RCS)?
