S24 video player not working

Just got the new s24 and my apps are crashing because my video player isn't working?

While we're sorry to hear about the experience, this does sound like a hardware issue as opposed to an issue from our end as your provider. We'd recommend checking out this thread on Samsung's Community forum on on Galaxy S24 apps crashing
