My phone is acting up. It has a mind if its own when texting or typing emails. I am not due for a new phone until September 2022. Can I get a replacement

Thanks for your post.
In order for the Community to have the best chance of assisting, can you share what device you're using and what operating system it is running?
When a device is acting up specifically as you have shared (when typing emails or texting), this could be an operating system issue. First troubleshooting steps:
- Restart your device (turn device fully off and back on again).
- Verify that all operating system updates and security patches are completed on the device.
If these 2 options doesn't solve the issue you can attempt to do a manufacture reset on the device.
All devices comes with a manufacturer warranty and if you acquired our SmartCare you can request a replacement.
