Replaced sim and get a msg that sim isn't valid

Replaced sim and when entering numbers for sim get a msg that it isn't a valid virgin sim

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 

SIM cards have a 20 digit numerical ID and it is very important that it is entered correctly to be registered on your account. A SIM card can only be used once, which means if it was already registered on a different number, it will not work.
