Id love some help removing voicemail. Every one I get is a spam call and I get them all the time!

How can I disable voice mail? So inbound call keep ringing and won't jump to voice mail.

I want to deactivate  the voicemail

You can't.  I had called Virgin, rep said she removed it but it didn't work. Most providers offer voice mail in standard package. Just put it on extended absence greeting permanently. You won't get any messages.

@Swordoftruth333, please note that that's only true for prepaid Virgin Plus members - postpaid members are able to remove their voicemail as requested with the assistance of a representative.

I need to permanently disable my voicemail. How can I go about doing that?

I did call a virgin representative (twice)they confirmed they removed voice mail but I continued to get messages!!,  it did not work.  So either the scr's dont know how or its just not possible.  I either let it get 'full' and leave it, or leave it on extended absence greeting At least this way no one can leave messages.
