My Virgin plan includes international texts but I'm not receiving texts from the UK. The sender is adding the +1 prefix to the number but it doesn't arrive.
Do I need to do something to my account in order to receive international text messages?

No additional plan or feature is required to receive international texts.
Are you having any trouble sending messages to them?
Are you able to receive text messages from other international numbers?
Do they have an international texting plan?
When they send you a message does it appear to go through, or do they get an error or kickback message?
