Problems with WhatsApp

I have problems with WhatsApp, it does not recognize my number, it says that it is not a valid number for Canada. Can somebody help me

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.

We do apologize for any inconvenience, but you'll need to speak to WhatsApp customer support. 

As they're a third party service and block and unblock numbers independently of someone's mobility provider, they'll need to handle it through their own means.

Do keep the Community up to date as to any updates.

Respectfully, I reject your response.  I have the same problem again and again, app after app. It most certainly seems to be something on the Virgin Mobility side of things, as no one with other providers ever seems to have these same issues.  It's really very aggravating.
