Private number when calling

We just got new phones. It is comming up as a private number when I call people.

To change your Caller ID settings, please check the following instructions.

Android:

1. Go to the Phone app.
2. Go to Settings in the top right.
3. Go to Calling accounts.
4. Touch your SIM with Virgin Plus.
5. Go to Additional settings.
6. Go to Caller ID.
7. Select your preferred option (Network default, Hide number, or Show number).

iOS:

1. Touch Settings.
2. Scroll to and touch Phone.
3. Touch Show My Caller ID.
4. If Show My Caller ID is on your setting is set to show your Caller ID, to turn off touch the slider to turn it off.
5. The caller ID option has been changed.

Hi, I am new user and I  still can’t show my caller ID to others after I turned on the mentioned setting in Phone.
