Power of Attorney

Can anyone tell me where to send a power of attorney document for a virgin mobile account? 

My aunt has dementia and my father has power of attorney and needs to access her bills to pay and manager her account. Unfortunately customer service did not provide him with any info. They wanted her email - but the person who sold her the phone set up an email for her as this is her only piece of technology - she still has a rotary phone! The email has long since been lost. 

Any help/direction on this would be appreciated.
