I have been using Virgin Plus for couple of weeks. At my residence the network reception very low [Hardly 1 bar]. Is it possible to take necessary action to boost the network reception. My location is in Toronto.

Thanks for your feedback. The problem lies with Virgin Plus's Network not with my device.

Hi there, @SyedShafi9868. Welcome to the Virgin Plus Community.
Thank you @RedRose as well for your posts and doing your best to assist. 🙂
For the Community to be better able to assist you, could you please provide further details as to the issues you're experiencing?
Do keep in mind that many factors can limit signal strength; topography, environmental conditions, line of sight to towers, types of buildings in your area, etc.
- Are the issues only happening indoors at home, or outdoors as well?
- Do you know of anyone else in the area having similar issues?
- Have you tried using Wi-Fi calling
where available?
- Have you completed any troubleshooting steps beyond what had been already suggested?
- Have you gotten in touch with our technical support team to open a ticket?
You may also find our How To article Troubleshooting voice calls helpful. We'd also recommend checking out our How To article on Troubleshooting data connectivity
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Same happen with me too, I am so unfortunate that I have two connections and both have issues in Whitby and Oshawa. I am loosing calls while I am driving through main streets. The internet speed read less then 20Mbps abd 10Mbps many times. I called Virgin plus and I am told they know about this issue and not sure when to fix it.

I have been a customer for more than two years. At first I was delighted with the service. Over the past 8 months the mobile reception at home is terrible, to the point I cannot have a conversation with callers. I have switched my mobile device to "wifi calling" but that is only marginally better. I have complained about this issue with Virgin and there only response is that this is a known issue in my area (Toronto) and no known resolution time? How long must we suffer with bad service before we leave and try another provider?
