Phone not ringing

My wife's phone hasn't been ringing but Virgin has been sending her voicemails from people via text messages. She has checked her ringers and they are turned up and her Do Not Disturb is not on. How can we fix this so her phone rings again?

In order for the Community to best assist can you provide a few more details:

• What type of phone does your wife have?
• Have you checked if it was updated to it's latest OS?
• Have you checked if the phone's call forwarding function was activated?

If it is a call forwarding issue, you can deactivate the function by calling the following three series of numbers: #61#, #62# and #67# .
