We need a way to change the name of the phone owner from UNKNOWN to the actual person. Those who receive calls with UNKNOWN coming up tend not to pick up the call. This goes for business owners. The call comes across as spam. Please do SOMETHING.
Virgin Plus does not list the name, only the number on Mobile Caller ID, however if you have them saved in your contact list the name you have saved will appear.
This works for almost 50% of the calls I make. Please review and provide an appropriaye solution to all other calls made to those who don't have me as a contact.
