Phone Malfunctioning

I bought my Galaxy S21 5g in September, and here is the list of major issues I have been having with it. 

-end of sept: ALL apps constantly crashing

-beginning of oct: phone crashing

-mid oct: phone crashed and wouldn't start up. I tried to bring in the phone to be replaced or serviced and they couldn't help, so I contacted support and they had me do a factory reset instead of replacing the phone.

After that my phone was running better, but it did crash a few times a week....

Now then I installed the new update (last week) and now my phone is constantly crashing again and I'm hardly able to use it. Apparently it's too late to be replaced under warranty even though I tried to have it replaced back in October already, and I have to pay a large replacement fee with smart care if I want a new phone. I'm really not happy 😞

I'm glad to hear that you've completed the troubleshooting steps above. 

Just wanted to confirm when you completed a hard reset did you restore the old OS, or continue from the factory reset? If the phone/OS is still crashing, this issue may be covered through the one year manufactures warranty. Hello,

I just got Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra on February 24th, 2025.

The phone is malfunctioning,  it keeps changing the timing by itself. 

Yesterday the time was ahead with and hour.

The alarm just woke me up with an  hour behind,  now I am late to work.

I live in Saskatchewan,  the time now is 7:33 am but my phone says it 6:33 am.

I am so upset. 

Please how can I return this phone.
