Out of Province text

When i txt someone out of Province, it doesnt go.. new phone Samsung S20 FE 5G ?? something in settings i can check ? Thanks for any info

So long as your plan and phone are set up as they would be normally, there would be nothing stopping you from texting outside of your province.

For the Community to be better able to assist, you'll need to share some more details:

  • Had this been happening before you got your new phone?
  • What messaging app are you using?
  • Can people outside of your province text you without issue?
  • Are calls impacted too, or is it only text messaging?
  • Are you able to insert your SIM card into another phone and confirm if the issue persists?
