You have a couple options. Depending on the model of phone, you could consider trading it in in-store for a credit to a new phone, pending a physical inspection. For more details and to find out if your old phone is eligible, check out our page on our Trade-In Program
Otherwise if they're too old or in poor condition, you can also consider dropping them off in-store for our Recycle Me program. Depending on where you live, your province may also have a local program or partnership for recycling used phones. As an example, this is BC's Recycling Cell Phones
program.
