Not on Registered Network

So I haven't had any problems until today with my phone, but now it keeps going in and out of being "Not on Registered Network" and if it were just me I'd think my SIM card was messed up but both my sister and friend are both having similar issues sometimes I can get a text through but for the most part it won't. Is this service problem or a samsung problem? No "fixes" seem to consistently work like turning off and on again, toggle air plane mode or removing and replacing the sim card.

It would be tricky for the Community to be able to determine the root cause of your concern, specially if you mentioned that others are experiencing the same issue.

Can you confirm the following details so that the community can have a better understanding of your concern:

  • Where are you located?
  • Is the issue only occurring at that specific location? 
  • Is the issue only occurring indoors or outdoors as well?
  • What is the make and model of your phone?
  • Is your phone updated to it's latest OS?

This just happened to me today, too.  I'm 

 

I'm located in Kingston, and obviously not the only one with this problem.

Can you fixed the issue  I try to call my friend  and showed me that I'm not registered on network  and I just paid 67 dollars today thank you

  • Is the issue only occurring indoors or outdoors as well? both
  • What is the make and model of your phone? Galaxy A03S, SM-A037w
  • Is your phone updated to it's latest OS? I have not idea.

I have a samsung S23 and am experiencing the same thing. It happened just all of a sudden a week ago. Please help! I've done all thr trouble shooting just short of resetting my phone to factory default.
