No text, voice or data

Hi, I haven't been able to use text, voice or data since yesterday.  It says "No network access".  I've removed the SIM card and restarted my phone numerous times.  Was hoping to find a fix before I head over to the Virgin Mobile Kiosk

Thanks for the reply.  I brought it to a Virgin Kiosk, and they did just that.  It was indeed an issue with the device.

If possible, test the SIM card in another Mobile phone. If the SIM works, your device may the issue. If the SIM doesnt work, grab a new SIM card from the Kiosk and test.

I've been having the same problem this week.  What is the solution?

As suggested by @1EYE and confirmed by @Shannon, it turned out to be a hardware issue and they confirmed by going to a Virgin Plus kiosk.

We'd recommend trying the same. If they're unable to assist and the issues persist, please let us know and we'll be happy to assist from there.
