Hey there @CBM01,
Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.
When topping up your service, it is important to make sure that your rate plan cost, add-ons and 911 fee (if in a 911 fee region) are covered by the top-up. Once a top-up is made, you have to wait to receive the confirmation SMS that you're good to go, your plan has been paid before starting using the phone (this is usually received within 30 minutes after the top-up is made).
In your case, it is possible that the 911 fee passed and/or some usage was made that lowered your balance under your total monthly fee value that caused your plan renewal to fail and the balance was consumed as Pay-per-usage rates.

Good morning, I’m wondering if someone can’t help me understand why my plan is not renewing itself? It’s currently due as of 12:01 AM today, I added a top up card on my account, so now my account is in the green lol but the site just keeps telling me that they will try the plan again in 24 hours. Unfortunately until the plan comes out of the account I’m on pay per use and in 24 hours I may NOT have much of a balance for my plan remaining. I have restarted my phone yes.

I have an unlimited Canadian call plan at 24$/month so I don't understand the problem
Please fix (I,m up to date in my payments as my history shows and my credit card info did not change).

Thank you and have a nice day,
Québec

On the 31st I topped up my $55.00 plan with 65.00 plus had $3.00 left over from the month before. Plan was to start again on the 1st of September. Now on Sept 2 while on a call, it ends. I go to make the call and it says I don't have funds. I made the payment with my credit card and shows on my account that it was paid. Why does it not show it on my account. I even checked my account after making the payment, it said I had $68.00 on my vp account. What is going on? Fix this ASAP please

Without calling Virgin - as when this has happened before in the past, I’ve had to contact them via phone.
I have paid my prepaid plan of 40$ plus tax this morning however it was put into my ‘balance’ instead of applying it to my bill.
how do I change this to take the balance from said tab instead? I’ve been in a rush all morning
