Hi there, @Anterak. Welcome to the Virgin Plus Community.
You'll need to use the new SIM card. Once your order is activated, either by yourself through My Account or automatically within 30 days of receiving your new phone, your old SIM will automatically be disabled in favor of the new SIM that came with your order.
Once you've activated your order via My Account, there might be a small processing delay for the switch over to complete itself.
If there's any issues with the activation process and/or SIM card, you will need to get in touch with member care at your earliest convenience.
Let us know if you have any further questions.

I just got my new Google pixel 7 pro. I inserted the SIM card that was sent with it and activated it. Now I'm getting a "SIM 1 not allowed" message, and have no ability to make it receive calls or texts. And, to make it worse, I can't use the old phone because it was automatically de-activated when the new one was activated.

I bought an iPhone 15 from you, but I gave it to my daughter who lives in another country. She gave me her iPhone 12 in return. She left to go back, and when I activated the iPhone 15, it set up with my account, and now the iPhone 12 has no signal and doesn't work. Is it possible to fix this problem?
