New Phone Screen Cracked

I ordered a new phone (used) received a promotional discount for being a long time member. Phone arrived and the screen is cracked. I called in and the best they could tell me was order a new phone. Cant send back via purolator and now the promotion is gone. Horrible customer service and no way to fix this?
