Need my data turned on.

I bought a new phone about a month ago and the guy put my sim card in and I can make calls no problem but my data is not working.  I need somebody to turn my data back on please.

We wanted to check in and see if you were still having issues with using your data. If so, could you share some more details with the Community?

  • Have you spoken with Tech Support and made a ticket if need be?
  • Have you tried rebooting your phone?
  • Have you tried removing and reinserting your SIM card, or replacing it if need be?
  • Is there a data block in place? You can set this from the usage tabOpens in a new tab or window in your My Account profile.

After I changed my rate plan to 75 mins can/us 20 GB of data. I only used up to 4 GB's of data and now its not working I've been waiting all weekend for them to fix it
