Mobile phone/internet down?

I live in Laurentian Valley and do not have internet or mobile phone, does anyone else not have service, i was advised by Virgin it would take 4 to 48 hrs??? What if there is an emergency. This is ridiculous. Virgin will be losing me as a customer if this is not fixed asap.

You can always keep track of Internet service outages via the Outage Check tool on VirginPlus.ca.
