Having been a VM customer for a short period of time I have already ran into to large problems, and the main reason why I went with their service.
When I go to make a call it says mobile network is not available, and when i go to send atext it says waiting for connection.
Now mind you this is from home, when I am out in public I do not have these issues.
I have done all the trouble shoting I know as I am tech savvy but still not able to get this resolved.
I have a Blackview A55 phone, any smarter than what i think I am peeps out there to help with this?
THere is coverage in my area I checked that before going eith this provider.

Hi there, @Dangerouss56 . Welcome to the Virgin Plus Community, and thank you for your post.
Your phone, a Blackview A55, is most likely not compatible with the Virgin Plus network. We use the following bands for our network:
- UMTS: band 2 or 5
- LTE: band 2, 4, 5, 7, 12, 13 or 17
Whereas the Blackview A55 uses 1, 3, 7, 8, 20, or 40.
Generally speaking, only one band is not enough to have functional compatibility with a local network. As your phone is third party, we're unable to officially support it.
Let us know if you have any further questions.
