- Did you just sign up with Virgin Plus, or is this a replacement SIM card for an existing Virgin Plus SIM?
- Is this a pre-paid or post-paid SIM?
- Have you reviewed our Support page on How to transfer my existing Virgin Plus mobility service to a new SIM card or eSIM
?
