How to change the language of voicemail?

I prefer to speak another language instead of English. How can I change the language of voicemail?

Hello,

My voicemail says that the language is set to English but it is still all in French. Could someone please help me? I've been to a store and they told me to contact customer service, which is what I did and they couldn't help me either (saying it was in fact in English). It is still in French... Thanks

Hi,

I have the same issue, cannot change the voicemail prompts to English. 

In addition, the SMS messages come in French as well (e.g. ROAMHOME confirmation response, which has grammatical errors in French, which is not impressive).

Please let me know how to switch all of this to English only.
