How do I call my mobility voicemail while out of the country?

I can't get into my voicemail from my location in the US.  How do I call my mobility voicemail while out of the country?

Could you clarify as to what exactly is happening when you try calling into your voicemail while in the US? Furthermore, have you made sure to have roaming enabled in your phone settings and your monthly plan with Virgin Plus to be able to place calls?
