 I dropped my phone in water, it is no longer working. Please what can you do for me?

We can understand how important having a phone is and how stressful it can be if we break them. We do have a few options that might be of interest to you.

If you're on a BYOP plan and/or eligible for a hardware upgrade click hereOpens in a new tab or window to see your options.

You can also place your SIM card in an Unlocked device that you purchased and/or have laying around at home.

I have a monthly plan how do i just buy a phone and keep the same plan?
