Decreased Phone Call Quality

I'm having an issue where about 5 minutes into a phone call the quality of the audio dramatically changes from a normal sounding phone call to the person I'm speaking to sounding like a robot and I can hardly understand them. I sound fine to them. This has happened on multiple calls in multiple spaces and I'm not sure what's happening or how to fix it.

Hi @Nika 

  • Turn your phone off, take your SIM card out and after 2 minutes reinserted and turn on.
  • Check your device are updated to latest iOS version.
  • Toggling airplane mode is on/off.
  • Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
  • Selected your network settingsor 5G Auto or 4G/LTE.
  • Turn off bluetooth.
  • Rebooting your phone,To quick and simple,to refreshing your network.
