Mobile data stopped working on my Xplora X6 play watch. I have updated the APN setting but it doesn't help. Updated APN settings only helped with voice call but mobile data is still unavailable. Did anyone else faced a similar issue?@members

Hey there @Sunny14

Welcome to the community and thanks for your post.

The Xplora X6 play watch is not part of the supported smartwatches lineup that Virgin Plus offers and therefor we do not have the ability to guaranty any form of service on the watch.

In the instance that you activated an account on a mobility plan and inserted the SIM in the smartwatch, it will not work properly as mobility plans are not set up to provision a smartwatch.

NumberShare is a postpaid smartwatch plan offered by Virgin Plus that allows you to share the same phone number and data plan with your smartwatch. It works with both SIM and eSIM, and can be used with different types of smartwatches, including Apple, Samsung and Google smartwatches.

If you're experiencing issues with NumberShare, there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the problem. First, make sure that your smartwatch is connected to your phone via Bluetooth. If it's not, try turning Bluetooth on and off again on both devices. You can also try restarting your smartwatch and your phone.
