Since the Community is a peer to peer assistance channel, we don't have access to your account. However we will be happy to help where we can. 

Below are a few things that you can check and/or try;

  • Have you checked the status of your account in My Account?
  • Have you tried to restart your phone and/or reset your network settings?
  • Have you checked that your SIM was inserted correctly in the SIM tray?
  • If you have an eSIM, have you checked to make sure it was still saved in your settings?

It on its own  was corrected  on my phone.
