Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.
Absolutely, you can update to an eSIM via our quick access link to change your SIM card. Once in My Account you only need to follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transfer.

I did it first on the virginplus.ca, using Manage SIM and devices option then follow the instructions for
I have a Dual SIM device and I want to transfer from one SIM to another on this device
Then select "Add eSim" on your phone

Hello,
I want to transfer my sim card to esim.
I chose "Transfer my service from one sim to another". But when I input the EID, the webpage told me my EID is not valid.
Is here anyone can told me how what problem is this? And how can I transfer my sim card to esim.

I made the mistake of trying to transfer my physical Virgin mobile SIM in my Samsung S10+ to a virgin mobile eSIM in the work phone I have with a different carrier (S24 Ultra, Telus). I followed all the steps. I've tried several times to add an eSIM on the S24, without success. I keep getting the message "Your eSIM isn't ready yet". Virgin tells me that the eSIM has been activated. However , my S24, for some reason, doesn't recognize this...it won't download the eSIM. Help! Both the QR code and the activation code, are useless.
