Cant call or check my voice mail

This happened after a power outage and im just wondering if theres other ways around this because when i call some one it would say calling then ended call like a good 50 sec then get cutt and voicemail to i cant get to the robot voice i wont here even tho i have my volume to the max idk whats happning

Check the status of your service by click Here 

try to turn off device take out SIM card and after a 1 minute put it back turn on, ones try to reboot phone.
