Can't call out, no ringtone or audio

Been having a weird issue with my service recently and chat reps have been no help, seems like they are reading off a script. 

 

When people call me, the call comes through just fine. 

But whenever I try to call people, I don't hear anything. No ringtone, and even when the other person picks up, there's no audio. 

By process of elimination, I tested out my Telus and Rogers sim and both are them are fine. So it's only happening to my Virgin line. 

Would like some help

We wanted to check in and see if you were still having issues with your ability to make calls. If so, could you please provide some additional details for the Community to be better able to assist?

Do keep in mind as well that many factors can impact you; topography, environmental conditions, line of sight to towers, types of buildings in your area, etc. 

  • Are you seeing any issues with your text messaging and/or data usage as well?
  • Are the issues only happening indoors at home, or outdoors as well?
  • Do you know of anyone else in the are having similar issues?
  • Have you tried using Wi-Fi callingOpens in a new tab or window where available?
  • What troubleshooting have you personally completed beyond testing different SIMs?
  • Have you got in touch with our technical support team to open a ticket or if you're being impacted by an ongoing outage?

  • Only happening during calls. People can call me fine, but when I dial out I don't hear anything. 
  • Happening everywhere.
  • Just me it looks like
  • It's on, still an issue.
  • By process of elimination, its only my Virgin line that's having this issue. I put the Virgin SIM in another phone and I still can't call out
  • Yes I have. But they keep telling me to do things like to change my volume or mute and unmute my phone.  It's been a week and I would like to talk to someone who knows what they are talking about. Possibly get support/backend to reset my line.
