Can't activate new phone

I'm a longtime Virgin member. I just upgraded my phone (to a Samsung s23). I login to my Virgin account, go to activate my phone but nothing happens. When I click "activate" I can see the button highlight, as if it reads I tapped it, but nothing happens at all. No moving to a new screen error message or anything. Any ideas?
Super frustrating. I restarted it, logged in and out. Even tried going back to my old phone again but nothing works. Please help.

I orderd the up grade on my phone and tried to activate it but it says that the phone is still being processed and i am not able to activate it. can someone please help me.

To get started, a few clarification will be needed;
- Which browser are you trying to use? Have you tried a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, etc.)?
- Is your pop-up blocker turned off? If on please turn off and try again.
- Have you tried to clear your cookies and cache and try again? If not, give that a try.
- Have you tried turning your browser in incognito mode? If not, give that a try.

So I'm having sorta same issue however the activate button isn't highlighted for me to click 🤷♀️
