For the last 2 weeks I haven’t been able to call my voicemail… I get this error message and then “call failed”. Anyone else?

Hey there @QTP-9,
Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.
In order for the Community to best assist a few more details will be needed;
- What type of phone are you currently using?
- Have you verified that your phone is updated to the latest OS version?
- Have you completed a power cycle (fully turn device off and back on again)?
- Was there any changes done to your account recently?
- When looking at your plan description in My Account, do you see Voicemail listed as a feature?
- How are you attempting to call your voicemail (by pressing the voicemail notification, by dialing your own number or by pressing 1 for a few seconds)?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

When I try to access voicemail, I get the message "Your call cannot be completed as dialed"
I transfered my Virgin SIM card to my new phone, an Android SM-g781V
I configured the APN with the Virgin Plus info from https://forum.virginplus.ca/t5/Mobility/Mobile-data/td-p/2596
Can anybody help?
Thanks
Sandy

Hi there, @Sandy123. Welcome to the Virgin Plus Community, and thanks for your post.
We wanted to check in and see if you were still having issues with accessing your voicemail. If so, have you taken the time to reach out to Tech Support for further investigation?
In the meantime, for some basic troubleshooting we'd recommend giving the following a try:
- Regularly power cycle your phone
- Perform a full reset of your phone. Samsung has an article on how to Performing a factory reset on your Galaxy phone
if you're unsure as to how.
- Try calling your own number instead of holding down 1 on the numpad.
Give those a try, and let us know. Looking forward to hearing back from you.
