Can I set up my Virgin cell phone to accept Collect Calls from prison or correctional facilities?

Can I set up my Virgin cell phone to accept Collect Calls (from Bell pay phones / prison) if anyone knows how this works please share - thank you 🙂

Hi there- I am aware of the CSC information. That is not what I am looking for. My BELL Landline has a feature where I can accept collect calls. My question was can my Virgin Cell Phone accept collect calls?

Hey there @MrsK123 , 

We dug a little deeper for you and found that both Postpaid and Prepaid accounts are unable to accept incoming collect calls or incoming collect calls billed to a third number.
