Can I have a Dual SIM but on second account with same name and address?

I'm would like to get a second phone number on my dual sim phone but need to have it on a separate account for home business. So second account would be my same name and address as my personal account. Just needs to be separate and paid with different method. Is this allowed with Virgin Plus? I know Virgin doesn't have business accounts. Would like to stick with this carrier if possible. Thanks.

Only one personal account is available for a Member with the same credit information.
