Caller ID not working after switching plan

Just switched my plan via the app. For the first half day cellular data didn’t work, and now my Caller ID doesn’t work (always shows up as Unknown or No Caller ID). Please fix!

This is definitely odd, you can check your plan details by following the below steps to ensure all of your features are present on your account;

  1. Head to virginplus.ca/myaccount and log in.
  2. Click on the My Service tab
  3. Click on the My Plans and Features link.
