Call history / old call logs

Does anyone know if Virgin will provide older call history? I found phone call usage history dating back 6 months of billing periods, so May 2022, plus PDF bills dating back to February 2020. I can't get through to customer service and can't find the answer on the app or browser in My Account.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 

You're correct, you can review your usage/bills for the past 18 months via My Account, if you would need usage/bills details past that time, a special request needs to be made via a Member Care representative.
